In some cases like medical equipment and scientific instrument industry, only small quantity is in demand. And the enclosure parts are generally large sized so the tooling cost would be very high. With our Low-volume Production service we can make plastic housings/enclosures for your commercial use without building expensive steel mold. And a new model no longer means big budget in tooling.
When in the use of sheet metal enclosures the designer’s imagination are often limited by the technical impossibility. With our techniques there is almost no limitation in enclosure design.

Rapid Prototyping & Modeling
This process is best suitable for design evaluation or illustration of new plastic parts. You can check if the design is perfect or if your customer likes the appearance of the new design before making an expensive mold.
We combine advanced technology with traditional workmanship to make modeling and prototyping.
Low-volume Production
For many cases a plastic part is needed with small batch ranging from dozens to several hundreds units. Construction of steel mold is too expensive and not economical for such application.
What is more, some plastic housings are generally very big—this makes the problem even more financially headache.
Our Solution:
For different purposes we have different solutions:
A.Mold-less production of Large-sized, low volume Plastic housings/enclosures:
We have developed a unique Equal-Intensity Jointing Technique. This technique ensures the final part as solid as molded parts. With this technique we can make products for demonstrative and commercially practical use.
The typical application of this technique is in Medical Equipment and Scientific/
Laboratory/Military Instrument where low volume products are usually required.
Our products are used in Laser Printer, Portable Patient Monitor, Auto Hematology Analyzer, Portable Weapon Detector, Displays, etc.
The housings and enclosures made from plastic material are more user-friendly and leave more space for designer’s imagination than sheet metal housings. It is also electrically safer by preventing the equipment from electricity leakage.
This technique is best used for medium and large sized parts.
B.Silicon rubber mold for higher density material:
The parts made with this method has physical performance equavalent to ABS.
Suitable for 5-10 pcs small sized parts. Less cost and shorter leadtime than cheap metal mold.
For larger quantity this method is not best option.
C.Pressing mold & Molding for low volume medium density parts:
It is used to make medium harness elastomer parts like bumpers, o-rings, pad,
bush, etc.
This method can be applied in small to medium quantity use.
D.Cheap metal mold for small run moldings.
It is very much like standard Plastic Injection Mold and can mold almost all the popular engineering resins.
The difference is that the design and material used in cheap mold only guarantee short lifetime of the mold as 50,000 shots or so. And secondary work is often required.
For very small quantity this method is not a good option.
E.Liquid PU molding with soft tool
Ideal for large size, 10-1,000 pcs plastic work. Hardness of the parts ranges from rubber to ABS.
This technique is still under development and will be put into practice soon.
